Kaka you really have a win-win situation. If somehow something gets passed in lame duck then you will be happy with your GC. if nothing happens and priority dates don't move forward then you can always tell others " I told you it is scam and you did not believe it".

My wife applied for LC as Business Analyst with Bachelors and 5 years of Exp.
My wife has done her Bachelors in Engineering from Bombay. She had more than 7 years of exp at the time of filing. The job required 5-7 years of exp with abachelors Degree.
She applied to Atlanta center and it took around 5 months and no audits that we know of. thenshe applied for her I 140 which took around 3-4 months. There was an RFE for exp letters since the lawyers did not give it during her I 140 filing. After the lawyers responded to her RFE, her I 140 was approved in 15 days. Now she is waiting to apply for I485.
I hope this gives u an idea that u can apply for EB2 as BA if the job requires Bachelors and 5-7 years of exp.

I have been thru this situation and luckly got the H1 extention on time to get it renewed the day it was suppose to expire.. I am sure this is going to be a problem for a lot of people in comming days due to mountain of applications to be processed by uscis.

I received my EAD last month. But no AP yet. However, i received an email from my lawyer today that.....my AP got rejected. The rejection letter is saying that I485 got approved that's why the I131 is rejected.....therefore, my lawyer is waiting for the I485 approval.....but my lawyer told me that I can expect my card soon.
I don't know how to react. The online doesn't have any update about the I485 status yet. They received my application on July 2, 2007.

US economy is designed this way, everyone will get their own share. No one bothers about optimizing the chain and reducing the cost. If they do that whole economy will collapse. If people started sticking to one marriage and stop taking the divorces, these lawyers will not have work and that portion of economy will collapse. If you have time please watch this video

It is frustrating to see my mid-size American Consulting Company charging the client a $180 per hour while I get $85K per annum. I cannot even switch to my client since I have signed a non-compete agreement..... I think direct marketing is the best way to augment your rates....

Greetings! I have been watching the flower campaign after I got the email last night in IV news letter. While We are extremely happy getting the media coverage we needed, we are ignoring one thing. There is one more important issue that we are missing here. USINPAC is rapidly claiming that they are behind this whole thing. This is more than plaigarism. some of you might say that this is not some thing as we should be considered about media attention as our primary issue amidst of this whole thing, but this can come back hurting if USINPAC starts claiming the credit in more sites. If they go beyond the cliff, they will do their own press release to claim credit and it gets more messier at that point. If you look at their press releases, they clearly denied us any credit by refering to the org as Emigration voice. I am positive reporters across the worls know the difference between Immigration and Emigration and whether people from India immigrate to US or emigrate to US. I feel that this is deliberately denying any google search for IV

When we conducted D.C. rally, there were roughly 1500 people attended. Each member has his/her own reason for not attending the rally.
The reasons could be, taking a day off from work or to far from their place etc..,
As a first step��..:)
Why don�t we plan for rally on the same day, same time at various major cities? This would enable members to attend in their respective cities.
We knew that, we are 25K+ members strong and can hold rallies/protests, where we have (major cities) at least 100+ members.
We must invite media and local US leader�s for rally and show our strength and request them to work towards the Green Cards.
Why don�t we plan for a rally during the this Christmas season?

Thought I'd offer an alternate view on the AC21 letters. I switched jobs after my I-485 had been pending 180 days, and my attorneys advised me to NOT send in an AC21 letter. They said, "Chances are, you will not get an RFE, and if you do, you can send in the AC21 letter at that time. If you do send in an AC21 letter, you will definitely get an RFE". These attorneys had always given me excellent advice in the past, so I have not submitted an AC21 letter.
