Not appeal but rather re-filing as a fresh 140. The labor doesn't expire as long as you had filed an i-140 in the past when the labor was valid.
So i am going to talk my lawyer about it . we might have to change our approach this time.
Just want to clear about path. We will file again and they will denied again due to 3 year Bachelor then we will appeal and show the case reference

the combined study was. As long as foreign masters equals us masters then that is all which needs to be proven."

Bailouts from Arabian princes & Chinese govt. didnt do much squat to push the economy. A few immigrants buying houses (which again is gonna be tough to get loans approved in the 1st place) is gonna do much less good.
The US economy needs a deep cleanse. Which means all the bad news has to come out once & for all. No more Congress sanctioned hush ups for irregularities at Fannie Mae etc etc.
The US as a whole needs to rebuild the faith of the rest of the world, both politically & economically. It has now been clearly established that US is not a political & economical superpower that it once was.

I suppose it depends on your employers LOA policy, but in most cases you are not allowed to work for another employer when you have taken a leave of absence. And if it's not illegal it would certainly be unethical.
y would it be unethical ? If I take LOA I will let my employer know that I am working in another town for one year (due to personal reasons) and will be back after a year. There is a provision in our company which allows us to go on LOA. Also y should it be illegal?

1) I downloaded the form G-639 from USCIS website just now , after briefly going thru it seems like just I-140 approval copy should not go above $25 , may be less. However much complicated requests will add higher costs.

Hello,
I am new to this site and had a question about the Nov. bulletin that maybe someone might be able to answer. I am EB3 ROW and I am still not able to submit my I-140 + I-485 concurrently by 5 days (my PD is July 5, 2002).
Do you expect the EB3 ROW dates to move forward at all in the Dec. bulletin?
I just need to know because my lawyer is pressuring me to submit my I-140 not concurrently, but I wondered if I just should wait for a month.

WASHINGTON - If President Bush can find a silver lining in the Democratic takeover in Congress, it could be this: The outlook for enacting his sweeping immigration plan, which House Republicans blocked for two years, suddenly looks brighter.
A 700-mile border fence pushed through the Republican Congress also could come under renewed scrutiny. Although Bush signed the fence legislation into law, Democratic leaders opposed the measure and may hold up funds for the project, which is expected to cost at least $2.2 billion.
"I can't think of another issue that could bring together the Democratic Congress and the president like immigration," said Frank Sharry, executive director of the National Immigration Forum, which supports the president's initiatives. "This election has really changed the immigration debate forever."
Pro-immigration groups such as Sharry's predict that the next session of Congress will be far more receptive to the most volatile elements of Bush's immigration plan: a temporary guest-worker program and conditional legalization for millions of undocumented immigrants now in the country.
Since Bush first unveiled his intentions in 2004, those proposals consistently have collided with resistance in the GOP-led House of Representatives, which refused to consider a Senate-passed bill that largely embraced Bush's initiatives.
Now Democrats will take over the House and Senate in early January under leaders who've expressed support for a comprehensive immigration overhaul.

Like the other guy you said, I have an equity of 200,000 in one house and 50,000 in other house. I still don't have green card. I have around 300,000 in
401k and 150,000 in brokerage accounts. My net worth is around 800k, most of my money is in this country. If I want to continue my lifestyle, I need my GC, that will secure my right to live in this country. AFter 9 years of tax paying and law abiding life, I think i have a right to live in this country, but with this stupid laws don't know when i will get my GC.
That is exactly the reason why I purchased my 3rd house (additional $125000 in equity) overseas in my home country. So that I don't have to live with the feeling of having all my eggs in this country.
For now, it servers the purpose of giving me that secure feeling of not having all eggs here. Later on, it can become a retirement house.
Again, its all about planning...

While AP entry officer Stamped date one year back on my I 94 and AP Doc.Which means my stay was already expired before entry . Thank god I verified all dates before leaving counter. He changed it immediately. My advice to guys check it all before you leave counter. You never know which things can come back and haunt you.

Sorry to hear about such cases. We all have to realize one thing here. The employers need us equally bad as we need them (more often than not, not talking about Indian consultancies here). If ever one encounters such racial discrimination and open abuse at the work place, the best recourse is to file a complaint with the higher ups in the HR, start searching for another employer and ditch the current racist employer at the right moment with an appropriate email sent to everyone detailing why the person is leaving at such an important phase of the product development. Yeah, this might sound un-ethical, but sometimes situations do demand such drastic measures to send the right message. That's when all these racist employers would realize the importance of the person that just left the company. Then they can try to fill in the position with their preferred race qualified person and see how difficult that gets!!
Better still, please talk to your friends and family in other parts of the US and find the areas in the US that are cosmopolitan and try to move to those places. Yeah that is very difficult in the short-term, but in the long-run, you would have peace of mind and a good quality of life after making such a move. Fortunately, i am in the Bay area and i have rarely encountered such racial prejudices out here. Just my two cents.

I thought of leaving this company several times, but I am working in this company for 6 years and the only company I worked after coming to USA. I invested so much for this company, like working beyond work hours, working in the weekends, making up the project deadlines for the incompetitive colleagues etc. etc. and now just waiting for my Green Card. There were so many times I thought if I get my Green Card I am going to leave this moment. Years passing by and with this retrogression thing, there is very little hope of getting it soon...
The positive thing is, my direct supervisor is very nice and I can voice my opinion and she understands me and completely supports me. I am just praying god that I should keep working for her till I get the GC.
Better still, please talk to your friends and family in other parts of the US and find the areas in the US that are cosmopolitan and try to move to those places. Yeah that is very difficult in the short-term, but in the long-run, you would have peace of mind and a good quality of life after making such a move. I dont think we need to waste our time about such non competent organizations , let them take the credit , it just shows that this was a great idea. Looking at their website it does look like they have some good contacts .

Dude,
I am facing same issue....need to get some money back from India....and there is no way i can get it officially without losing significant part of it. It is really illogical to send money to India for property investment just because we cannot get money back.....I am repenting doing that....
Whenever I ask my friends to do this favor to me.....all they say is they dont have money to send India (since they dont want to disclose their worth to me) or they dont want to send money to India since they know it is useless to send money at such a bad conversion rate.
If you can find some better way, let me know too.
open a nri account here in india with your dad as a second name to it in a bank like hsbc which is there both in india and usa....then you or your dad dcan deposit money in that account...then anybody can withdraw after that. ...Second your dad can gift you a certain amount by converting rs to dollars in india and getting american express travelers check and sending it to you,....
